The main road connection is the D5 Highway from Pilsen to the Rozvadov / Weidhaus border crossing. Marianske Lazne is only 28 km from Exit 128 from D5. After exiting, follow the direction to Plana and continue to Marianske Lazne.

Transfer from the bus or the train station to the town centre
In front of the train station building, there is a public transport stop, from where trolley-buses Nr. 5 and 7 depart for the centre. The fare is 12 CZK/adult, 6 CZK/child, 6 CZK/piece of luggage; pram transport is free of charge. Tickets can be purchased with coins in the vending machine; the machine does not return money and the driver is not obligated to provide change.
