The course is located directly in Karlovy Vary, its construction started in 2002 and lasted 3 years. It is rendered in a racing oval and it is distinguished by having 18 holes but 9 fairways only. In practice this means that there is always one tee for two greens, the course is therefore somewhat in between a 9-hole and an 18-hole one. The clubhouse is unique as well, located in historical terraces of the racecourse. You will also find a couple of ponds and mature trees. The terrain profile is flat, which means the course is suitable for the elderly, children, as well as for beginners.
