The Roman Baths were built in 1896 with the construction of the Nove Lazne therapeutic centre, to provide a literally royal experience. Under the richly decorated vault between lofty marble columns, you can plunge in a bath enjoyed once by prominent rulers from most varied parts of the world.
Nowadays, the Roman Baths are an ideal combination of the charming past and modern therapeutic methods. Two pools are located right in the unique historic baths, and there is one newly-built pool. Furthermore, the facilities available include a whirlpool, sauna (80 °C), sanarium (50 °C), steam, Kneipp bath. If you wish to honour the historical tradition absolutely, you can spill icy water right from a wooden bucket over yourself when leaving sauna.
The offer also includes hydrotherapy, a variety of massages and other wellness procedures to order, or the Scottish showers.
