The Gourmet Restaurant belonging to the Villa Patriot hotel focuses on using the highest-quality regional ingredients, proudly supporting the CZECH SPECIALS project, which strives to promote good-quality Czech gastronomy in a modern rendition, supporting also the cooking of local products. The Restaurant won multiple awards at diverse gastronomical festivals, it e.g. won the Foodfestival prestigious competition in 2014.
The menu is updated regularly to remain in harmony with the season. Every week you can find specialities for true gourmets on the menu. During the summer months you can enjoy barbecue on the terrace with a view of the park. In cooperation with wine producers, suppliers of quality cheese, fish and other premium ingredients, the restaurant regularly holds gastronomic events and controlled degustation.
